Summer housewarming party! (aka bloggy giveaway!)

Hello dear readers and welcome to our new home, HDYDI.com!

To help launch our new site, we are proud to be hosting a summer giveaway. One lucky reader will win a tote bag filled with two kids’ beach towels, kids’ sunscreen, swim diapers, and some sand and water toys. The summer tote will be customized to the winner, so if you don’t need swim diapers, we’ll substitute something else.

There are FOUR ways you can help HDYDI get launched and earn entry into the giveaway:

1. Leave a comment on this post to let us know you are here!

2. Follow us on twitter! (twitter.com/hdydi) After you follow us, leave *another* comment on this post.

3. Tweet about our site launch or this giveaway. Post your tweet in *another* comment on this post.

4. Write a post on your blog, linking to this giveaway or site, and leave *another* comment on this post.

Got that? Only comments on this post will be eligible in the giveaway,  but you can enter up to four times. Deadline for the giveaway is Wednesday, July 1 at midnight EST. Don’t forget to update your bookmarks, blogrolls, and feed readers.

    Big changes. I miss the old banner pic, of the mom holding a naked twin. Not that a new picture couldn’t be good, I just liked it better than the current cartoon. Also, I can’t always tell the authors in the new format. Some I know, but it’s nice to have the by-line.

    Give aways are great, but I have always really enjoyed the quality of the content and comments on HDYDI. I don’t want to see this diluted by focusing on giveaways and entries like some of the other multiple blogs.

    I currently have three under three, six total, no multiples though. I cheat by claiming my Irish twins. After seeing the cost of swim diapers…and then realizing that I need them in three sizes, I just had to throw my name in.

    I recommend this blog to all my MOM friends and some of my singleton ones too! Some days I laugh and laugh when I read an entry…some days I shed a few tears. Keep up the excellent writing.
    I also miss the banner on the old blog and the side section that gave some info on the writers.

    I found your blog in February of this year. I started reading all the back posts and I can’t tell you how many times I read a post and felt such a flood of relief to hear somebody else say the same things I say, feel the same things I’ve felt, deal with the same things I’ve dealt with, etc., etc. Our b/g twins were our first children and were born in Feb 2007. We have struggled with our friends and family who seem to have no idea what it’s like to have twins. It has been so validating, reassuring and empowering to read all these posts here at HDYDI. I wish I had found this blog much, much earlier. So I’m here to stay no matter how many times you change domains!
